We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States over $75†. The free shipping discount is applied automatically in cart when the $75 threshold is reached. The free shipping discount applies to Standard Shipping.

Shipping within Canada and the United States.
We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada and all 50 states, Washington DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes and U.S. territories. Earthnotes Skincare offers a CAD $12 flat shipping rate on all orders shipped within Canada and the United States. All orders are shipped using standard shipping times. Orders outside the Continental US such as Hawaii, Alaska, Territories will take longer based on address.

International Shipping
Earthnotes Skincare offers a CAD $25 flat shipping rate on International orders and free shipping on all orders of CAD $200 and above. All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal and Provincial holidays within Canada.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.

Return & Exchange Policy

We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping.
To start a refund process for a product purchased in the event your are not satisfied, please contact our customer service team by email here within 30 days of purchase. We’ll refund, to the original form of payment, the price of the applicable product plus any applicable taxes. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be issued.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless the product was received damaged or was not of satisfactory quality as required by consumer legislation.
